Track Your Package
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages online. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. Or check shipping notification from your registered email box. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Do You Ship Products to My Country?
We can ship products to virtually any address in the world, however some countries have strict conditions for mailing on medicines to curb personnel's purchase online. Those country customs authorities also refuse mails' entry of Chinese herbs and dietary supplements.
